Dentists, iHDS and Multidisciplinary Airway Study club will be reviewing an extreme case of chronic daily migraines, insomnia and excessive daytime sleepiness from maxillary, mandibular hypoplasia, resolved with maxillary mandibular advancement and collaborative care, in a 15 y/o boy.
